Position -

Management of clinical Quality Assurance activities

Reports To -

CEO

Responsibilities

  • Comply with established quality and safety policies
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • Responsibility for clinical QA policies and procedures: Deviations, Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA), Change Control
  • Setup and management of eTMF
  • Evaluate adequacy of QA standards
  • Assist in vendor qualification
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Support study initiation and close-out activities
  • Support site monitoring
  • Write, review and approve SOPs and study-related documents
  • Perform internal audits
  • Coordinate and support audits conducted by external providers
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

Qualifications

  • Relevant training in clinical QA
  • Good writing and editing skills
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Hebrew
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Good ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Reliable and trustworthy
